* Evaluating requirements and (technical) facilities like transport, catering, stage, sound, lighting,
  rigging, backline, video, security, first aid etc.
* Checking offers for the best price and result, improving cost efficiency.
* Producing production schedules, calendars and budgets.
* Producing maps and stage design.
* Coordination during get-in, performance and get-out.
* Producing a "(technical) rider" in which all performance requirements are listed.
* Producing a “risk assessment program” and/or “disaster recovery plan” for performance or event.
